As part of the deSimplify service management proposition we offer a very basic entry level to the service.

We simply consolidate all your communication billing and conduct monthly checks against your providers contracted rates. This is a fairly time consuming exercise but we consistently find billing errors are identified. Who has the time to digest this information and also understand the billing data? How much extra do you pay for wrongly billed services?

In conjunction with a leading university, we have developed a unique methodology called deClarify to examine billing data and then enter in contracted rates and charges. We then report back to clients and providers on billing errors/discrepancies. This all forms part of our service proposition deSimplify and is our entry level proposition. It also gives us a great insight into what services you are using which can then help us in adding more deSimplify layers such as collaboration, security and overall strategic services.

We also to complement our data analysis conduct new supplier human reviews for the first 3 months to ensure that everything is correct before we move to electronic analysis.
